Ordering

Once you have decided what design you are interested in, take a note of the code and send us an email. Remember to state whether you would like the design to be in silver or gold and whether you would like to make any modifications to your chosen design. If you are choosing a design that is predominantly on one side, please state which side you wish this to be on.

We will then send you an email confirming the price and delivery time. This is usually 21 days but we can usually accommodate urgent requests, please contact us for details. Payment for orders should be made by cheque made payable to 'Jill O'Rourke'.

Postage

1st class recorded delivery - £3.50 (no insurance)

Special delivery - £5.50 (insurance included)

Please contact us for overseas charges.

Your order will require a signature on arrival. If you wish this to be sent to another address or workplace to make sure someone is in, please let us know.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me within 2 days of receipt:

• A refund (less 25% labour costs as each item is made to order and excluding postage costs) will be given on goods returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within 7 days
• Refunds will not be given for bespoke items.
• Refunds will not be given for used goods, or goods returned after your wedding.
• Refunds will not be given for customised items (this includes different colours and sizes from the pieces shown in this website)
• All returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
• For hygiene, we do not offer a refund for earrings unless they are faulty. If earrings are included in a set, the set cannot be refunded.
• Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, and we will either refund or replace the item for you.
• Items must be returned using special delivery if the value exceeds £40.00.
• If the item is damaged during return transit the buyer will be responsible for claiming insurance.
